Javier Ortiz

Javier is Mitula’s Chief Business Development Officer. He is responsible for identifying new business opportunities and generating new revenues and alliances for the group.
Prior this new role, Javier was one of Mitula’s first employees and shareholders, joining as Commercial Director and COO in 2010. Before Mitula, Javier spent 2 years as Europe Regional Manager for Selenium Loudspeakers (today JBL Brazil – Harman Group) and 3 years as Europe Regional Manager for Intelbras (a major Brazilian telecom manufacturer). Previously he gained diverse international expertise as business developer / unit head in printed media projects and as marketing manager for video games and premium cigars distribution firms.

Javier has a degree in Business Administration and Marketing from Humberside University and Madrid Chamber of Commerce. He is fluent in 6 languages.
