Aleksandra Gergin

Aleksandra Gergin works as a vendor manager at eBay and is responsible for ensuring high quality delivery and operational results from partners and vendors serving Marktplaats and 2dehands.

Her career started in telecom where she has worked as everything from service agent to customer support manager. Though she has had many different roles, they have always been somehow related to customer support and satisfaction.

After 15 years in telecom Aleksandra decided to follow her passion; to work for one of the biggest players in the digital stratosphere: eBay.

Working at a company that is entrenched in the online world excites her because of the ever-increasing role it plays in our day to day lives.

At eBay there are no standard day and Aleksandra loves that and the dynamic environment that exists as a result.
