Manuela Mudrini

Manuela Mudrinic is the Marketing, PR, Corp Comm & People and Culture Director at Njuškalo, the leading Croatian marketplace. With 20+ years in diverse roles in Marketing and HR, she is an experienced marketeer, passionate about consumer-centric product and brand marketing with a love for HR. Educated on University of economics, Zagreb, as well as Wirtschaftsuniversitaet Wien (JOSZEF). Manuela started her career in Henkel, FMCG, in sales, continued in telco, in various marketing positions and at some point embarked on a new career path in HR.

Manuela joined Njuškalo in 2017, currently being in the position of MarCom and People and Culture Director. Responsible for brand and all communications (external and internal including marketing, PR, corporate), reaching out to a target audience, including employer branding and overseeing all activities of the human resources department and HR lifecycle management.
